The Nomination Committee of Pricer AB (publ) has decided to propose that the Annual General Meeting 2023 approves the following proposals regarding the number of Board members and election of Board members.

Pricer’s Chairman of the board Knut Faremo has informed the nomination committee that he will not stand for re-election at Pricer’s annual general meeting on June 7, 2023. The nomination committee will return shortly with a revised proposal.

The Nomination Committee of Pricer AB (publ) has decided to propose that the Annual General Meeting 2023 approves the following proposals regarding the number of Board members and election of Board members.

Installation is planned to start at the end of Q2 2023 and is expected to be completed before the end of the year. The value of the framework agreement is up to 90 MSEK, which does not include the subscription fees of Pricer Plaza or support services.
