Largest order intake in Pricer's history

The board of directors of Pricer AB (publ) has resolved to convene an annual general meeting to be held Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Further details on the proposals can be found in the notice convening the meeting, below.

The Nomination Committee of Pricer AB (publ) has decided to propose that the Annual General Meeting 2024 approves the following proposals regarding the number of Board members and election of Board members.

East of England Co-operative Society, one of the largest regional co-operatives in the UK, has signed an agreement with Pricer for a full-chain installation worth 50 MSEK in all 120+ of its food stores with the cloud-based platform Pricer Plaza and digital labels.

The Board of Directors of Pricer AB has decided to update its financial targets.

Claes Wenthzel has extensive and broad experience as CFO in international and listed companies. His most recent position was as the CFO at Newsec group. He has previously been CFO at, among others, Resurs Holding AB, Starbreeze and Catena Media, as well as acting CFO at Pricer.

Pricer AB ("Pricer" or the "Company") has decided to initiate a cost-savings program, with expected savings of approximately 50 MSEK per year, and plans a restructuring of the organization. The restructuring is estimated to cost approximately 18 MSEK which will be charged to the fourth quarter 2023.
