How we take action

Transparent and socially responsible:
We collaborate with suppliers that works with us towards sustainability. 100% have signed our supplier code of conduct and all comply with our sustainability assessment focused on social and environmental sustainability. -
Global HR Processes:
Pricer has implemented a global HR system to ensure consistent employee experience across all markets. This includes a structured onboarding process for new hires designed to increase engagement and productivity while reducing turnover. -
Updated Code of Conduct:
During 2025, the company updated its Code of Conduct to clarify values regarding diversity, inclusion, and fair treatment. The code now includes mandatory training for new employees to strengthen a shared corporate culture. -
Responsible Supply Chain:
To guarantee safe working conditions throughout the value chain, Pricer requires all suppliers to sign a specific Supplier Code of Conduct. During 2025, an additional assessment has been conducted with all direct suppliers to identify possibilities and challenges related to social sustainability and human rights.
