The Nomination Committee of Pricer AB (publ) has decided to propose that the Annual General Meeting 2023 approves the following proposals regarding the number of Board members and election of Board members.

French DIY chain selects Pricer’s solution with a framework agreement value of up to 90 MSEK

Installation is planned to start at the end of Q2 2023 and is expected to be completed before the end of the year. The value of the framework agreement is up to 90 MSEK, which does not include the subscription fees of Pricer Plaza or support services.

Pricer enters new debt financing to finance continued growth

Pricer Aktiebolag (publ) (”Pricer”) has contracted a new debt financing agreement of 250 MSEK with a credit fund advised by Ture Invest Partners AB. The aim is to refinance parts of Pricer’s existing revolving loans and increase the group’s financial flexibility for continued growth.

In accordance with the decision at the Annual General Meeting on May 11, 2022 Pricer’s Chairman of the Board Knut Faremo has contacted the company’s three largest shareholders to form a Nomination Committee. Shareholders shall also include such a group of two or more shareholders who have notified the Chairman of the Board that they wish to participate jointly in the Nomination Committee’s work.

Göran Sundholm resigns as member of the board of Pricer AB

Göran Sundholm has informed the board of directors of Pricer AB that he, at his own request, resigns from the board of Pricer AB with immediate effect for personal reasons. Göran Sundholm has been a member of the board of Pricer since 2021.
