Application of the Code

Pricer is a Swedish public limited company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and complies with the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.

To the right, you can find the most recent corporate governance report. The report is also found in the annual report and the page numbers are the same in both documents in order to increase ease of use for the reader. The corporate governance report contains information about the work of the Board and its committees during each year.
