Pricer’s sales for the first quarter of 2022 are expected to amount to around SEK 465 (393) million and operating profit (EBIT) to around SEK -10 (17.3) million.

The Nomination Committee of Pricer AB (publ) has decided to propose that the Annual General Meeting 2022 approve the following proposals regarding the number of Board members and election of Board members.

Helena Holmgren has today informed the Board of Directors of Pricer AB that she has decided to resign as CEO.

Pricer AB has received an order of approximately 55 MSEK from the Dutch co-operative supermarket chain Plus to equip 80 stores previously under the Coop banner with electronic shelf labels. The roll-out is planned to start in April 2022 and to be finalized before the end of the year.

Pricer AB will present its interim report for the fourth quarter 2021 in an audiocast on February 11 at 13.00 CET.
