Pricer AB held its Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) on 13 May 2026. The following main decisions were made:

The quarter January–March 2026

Pricer will join retail leaders at the Retail Technology Show (RTS) 2026 at ExCeL London (Stand K50), April 22-23. There, it will showcase Pricer Avenue™, its high-impact, battery-free shelf-edge platform, as well as hosting a main-stage session on turning sustainability into profit through practical food waste reduction.

Pricer AB, a global leader in digital shelf-edge solutions, announces that its Canadian partner JRTech Solutions has signed a major agreement with Sobeys, one of Canada’s leading supermarket chains. The contract includes the deployment of Pricer’s latest electronic shelf label (ESL) technology and the cloud-based platform Pricer Plaza across an estimated 300–350 stores.

Pricer AB will present its interim report for the first quarter in a webcast on April 23 at 13.00 CET.

Pricer’s annual and sustainability report for 2025, in Swedish and English, is now available on the web in pdf-format. The annual report can also be ordered in print from the company and distributed via post to shareholders on demand.

Pricer will join retail leaders at the EuroShop 2026 trade show in Düsseldorf, Germany (Hall 6, Booth 76) on February 22 – 26. The company will showcase Pricer Avenue™, an innovative communications platform designed to deliver high-impact, shelf-edge experiences for prioritized areas of the store.

For many years Pricer has been the exclusive supplier to the retail group Carrefour. Today Carrrefour has decided to introduce an additional supplier for the sourcing of digital in-store solutions based on electronic shelf labels in France. In 2025 total sales to Carrefour was below 10% of Pricer’s total net sales, and Carrefour’s contribution to Pricer’s total gross profit was mid-single digit. ...

The order intake amounted to SEK 581.2 M (916.1). The order backlog on December 31 was SEK 386 M (726). Net sales amounted to SEK 572.6 M (630.0). Gross profit amounted to SEK 129.9 M (152.4), which corresponds to a gross margin of 22.7 percent (24.2).
