During June 2025, Pricer AB (“Pricer”) has converted 211,254 shares of class A into 211,254 shares of class B at the request of shareholders. The conversion was carried out by Pricer in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association regarding the conversion of shares.

Claes Wenthzel has been acting CFO at Pricer AB since February 12, 2024, and is as of September 1, 2025, appointed CFO.

In response to recent media reports regarding pilot projects between Carrefour and other providers of digital store solutions, Pricer wishes to clarify that the company has maintained a long-standing partnership with Carrefour for more than 20 years, with installations in over 1,700 stores, and that the exclusive agreement signed between the parties in 2023 remains in full effect and unchanged.

Market turmoil impacted demand in the short term

In light of dialogue with certain major shareholders who have requested that the board proposes new guidelines for remuneration to senior executives, the board of Pricer AB has decided to move the company's annual general meeting, which was planned for Tuesday 13 May 2025, to Friday 23 May 2025.

Pricer AB will present its interim report for the first quarter 2025 in a webcast on April 24 at 13.00 CET.

In a strategic move to maximize customer value and fulfill requests for direct engagement, Pricer implements a direct sales model throughout the Nordic and Baltic regions.

The Annual General Meeting of Pricer AB will be held on Tuesday 13 May 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Blique by Nobis, Gävlegatan 18, in Stockholm. Registration begins at 1:30 p.m.
