By judgment in the first resort and open to appeal on the 3rd of  May 2007, the Commercial Court of Pontoise, France followed PRICER SAS with respect to its procedure for unfair competition brought against STORE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS SA (SES), by considering that this latter had committed an act of denigration constituent to unfair competition against PRICER SAS.

(SES), STORE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS SA, was condemned to pay to Pricer SAS a sum of 30 000 Euros representing damages and interest, in compensation for the damages suffered by this one.

Pricer remporte un jugement contre SES

Par jugement en premier ressort et susceptible d'appel en date du 3 mai 2007, le Tribunal de Commerce de Pontoise a suivi PRICER SAS dans le cadre de la procédure en concurrence déloyale intentée à l'encontre de STORE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, en considérant que cette dernière avait commis à l'encontre de PRICER SAS un acte de dénigrement constitutif de concurrence déloyale.

STORE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS a ainsi été condamnée à verser à PRICER SAS une somme de 30.000 Euros à titre de dommages et intérêts, en réparation du préjudice subi par celle-ci.
