Senior Quality Engineer
Pricer is looking for a competent Senior Quality Engineer with proven hands-on skills to help us manage the continuous improvement of product- and process quality. You will be part of our Quality & Sustainability organization.

What will you be doing?
As Senior Quality Engineer you are a key player and have ownership to continuously improve product quality and manage quality improvement programs. With your competence and expertise you have a strong focus on continuous improvement of internal processes, supporting functional management with tools and methodology. In your role you will also be responsible for the following duties, amongst other:
- Manage and coordinate field failure analysis in close cooperation with R&D and Customer Support
- Follow up of process performance
- Owner of quality-related data and the connected statistical analysis
- Support R&D in product development projects with quality tools & methodology
- Owner and driver of Root Cause Analysis processes and issue resolution
- Collect and report Quality KPI:s
- Initiate quality improvement activities based on statistical analysis conclusions or specific field cases/issues
- Calculate quality performance indicators on products such as MTBF, MTTR etc.
- Drive and manage D-FMEA activities in product development projects
Who are you?
To succeed you are a driven and results-oriented self-starter who are able to work independently with little supervision. At the same time you are a keen team player with high social skills, able to interact on all levels and eager to learn and share knowledge. You have a good understanding of the interaction and interdependencies of electronics HW and system SW.
What are your qualifications and requirements?
You have a solid technical knowledge from the electronic product industry and proven project management skills.
Your background is a MSc/BSc in Electronics/electromechanics with 3 years or more of experience in quality engineering. You have a good knowledge in industry standard quality tools and methods, SW development and testing processes, and a good understanding of standards such as ISO9000, 14000 and TS16949.
You are an excellent communicator and a team player focused on details and analytics. Fluent in English both written and spoken.

Terms of employment
Type of employment: indefinite term (6 months probation period). Full-time employment.
