Pricer's ESL systems are sold through direct sales and through highly qualified partners. As a Pricer customer, you will always experience a first class service for off- and on-site support activities.

In each country where Pricer systems are installed, Pricer is always at your service. We provide our customers with a complete range of support such as:

  • Central and local project management, materials shipment and control, system integration, installation activities, system start-up and on-going service
  • A well functioning call handling system, a well trained and staffed support center, as well as a network of qualified field service engineers
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support

 Pricer supports its partners with:

  • Installation support and pilot project management
  • Technical training
  • Helpdesk
  • Marketing and technical support documentation on the Pricer Support Network (PSN)
